Not welcomed just seated at a table as well as a long waiting time to take my order yet staff was standing around talking. Received a tap water with ONE half melted ice cube and when asked for a glass of just ice it also took a good five minutes for them to finally bring. Food, not the usual standard. Never had such an oily saku saku duck soba, as well as a dry salmon? Also the meals arriving at different times. Not a single check up on if everything was okay with the meal and wasn’t even asked if there were any allergies. Overall disappointing and unfortunately would not recommend this Wagamamas.
