  We had a fantastic experience at Wagamama Bullring. The food was delicious as always, but what really made our visit stand out was the excellent customer service. A special thank you to Jack, the manager, who was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with our welcome starter coupon. He handled everything professionally, quickly, and with a genuinely friendly attitude, making us feel like valued customers. It’s refreshing to receive such great service, and Jack’s willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a really positive experience. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this branch. Thank you again, Jack!

  I ordered the Yasai Mushroom Yakisoba. It fast but it came cold. I told one of the waiters and asked politely if it could be heated up. He often to have the kitchen make it again but when he told the general manager, he got visibly upset and told me that he just got the dish from the kitchen so it is hot and that it is hot in the middle. I received the plate of food back, cold. I continued to eat it because the flavour was fine but overall disappointed. My table ordered the brownie and lemon yuzu muffin fo dessert. Both were cold. The brownie was rock hard. The muffin had the quality of Tesco Express. I can't fault them for such desserts really because they are a Asian food restaurant but the cold food is unacceptable.

  food is always great, never left disappointed. i cant remember our servers name, the one with short hair and tattoos was amazing, super charismatic and funny.

  Took my daughter here on the first day of her A-level exams just as a well done and keep on going the staff were really good and we got seated really quickly. One member of staff in particular, Karhys Was absolutely brilliant really looked after us engaged with us talk to my daughter about her exams encouraged her. Karhys was very attentive, And a great asset to the Wagamama team. I’ve been to many of your chains, but this was by far the best experience with the best staff. Thank you, Karhys.
