It was my first time at Wagamama, and I already know it will be my last. I ordered the ramen, which was described as delicious and made with a rich, flavourful broth. Unfortunately, what I received was bland and under-seasoned. To be completely honest, it was the worst ramen I have ever had. As for the service, it was clear that the staff were not communicating with one another. Within just five minutes, four different waitresses came over to ask whether we were ready to place our order. The situation was chaotic and completely unnecessary. Overall, I definitely do not recommend Wagamama. I was extremely disappointed with both the food and the service, and I will not be coming back.

Came here today with my Mom for the first time and she absolutely loved it. The food is amazing. As was the customer service from Chantelle and Luke, thank you

Visited for dinner to celebrate my friend's birthday, and we had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special mention to Argers, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after, checking in on us throughout the evening to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place, and we'll definitely be back!

A must goto in Birmingham Brindly Place. Great restaurant, food was spot on, I had the vegan coconut type of curry and was delicious. Food came really quickly and we were able to pay online without having to wait for a staff member, they give free green tea too!
