  By entrance I got greeted by this lovely door host (Georgia). She got me to my table almost immediately and with a big smile on her face. My server (Taylor) was great, she was really kind and served me some great food. It was really close to the convention I was visiting so perfect for a quick lunch break. Overall I found this to be a great experience and would recommend it to others. Would visit again for sure!

  We came in during the week and our waitress Taylor went above an beyond to provide us with the most welcoming, bubbly personality that made our experience 10/10. Honestly, If I could give more stars I would! Taylor made sure all of our drinks were refilled and checked in on us regularly to ensure our time at TGIs was perfect! Overall, I would definitely come time and time again if it meant Taylor was serving us again!

  Only just got the chance to leave a review but we have been here before and the service was not great so was hesitant on returning however, last night I came in with my brothers and daughter who really enjoyed their food and experience as our waitress Taylor provided great service even bringing a balloon dog! Great with kids and our food and drinks both came out fast, much better than our previous experiences.

  Honestly, I would give this experience 0 stars if that were an option. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We were left waiting for approximately two hours before our food finally arrived. Throughout this entire time, our refillable drinks were never once refilled, and when we attempted to get refills ourselves, we found that all of the available syrups were empty. To make matters worse, our starters had not even been cleared from the table when our mains were brought out — two hours after we had originally sat down. The organisation and level of service were genuinely unacceptable. When the food eventually arrived, it was freezing cold. At that point, none of us could bring ourselves to eat it, and we ultimately left the restaurant hungry after wasting two hours of our evening. I have never experienced such a disappointing combination of poor service, excessive waiting times and completely unacceptable food quality. The entire experience was beyond frustrating and, quite frankly, embarrassing for a restaurant. If there had been a queue outside as we were leaving, I genuinely would have felt compelled to warn everyone not to bother coming in. 0/10. Two hours of my life that I will never get back.

  Just came down from London , Friday night super tired and long drive with traffic. Attending NEC exhibition and staying in Moxy , visited TGi Friday for the iconic ribs , place wasn’t that busy , 5-6 waiters running around potent they are super busy , took us 20 min to get to the table , ones you at the table it’s so sticky you get paranoid and imagine what’s going on in the kitchen then ! After another 20 min wait no drinks to order or food, we left the place angry and as I remembered the menu £32 for some ribs or £23 burger you wait 40 min at the sticky table . I’m not sure where the manager looks there but when you put prices like this you would expect very good service with the amount of people waiters working there . When you next to world class exhibition and customers from all over the world your staff should know at least get the drinks order .. we stormed out of TGI and went next door Miller & Carter Stake House , great menu , prices much cheaper and service is 10 stars
