Unfortunately, every visit to this store is a frustrating experience. The combination of long checkout queues, understaffed floors, and frequent out-of-stock items makes shopping here very difficult. Furthermore, customer service needs significant improvement, as staff interactions often feel unhelpful and dismissive. While I appreciate having access to the halal product range, the overall lack of stock and poor customer care mean I will likely take my business elsewhere in the future. If I could give it zero, I would!!

Since the refurbishment, not much appears to have changed except for the signage and the cold food section. > > I was in store yesterday at 10pm and I found the fridge display section was hardly visible. The lighting was so dark I could not see inside the fridges properly. > > In addition, some of the sliding doors were very stiff to open. As I struggled to slide one open, I noticed a screw was sticking out from the door frame. This is a clear safety hazard and could easily cut someone's hand. > > This is very disappointing after a refurbishment and needs to be addressed urgently:

I’m a regular Tesco customer and generally enjoy shopping here. I don’t usually like leaving negative feedback on Google, but I feel Tesco should be aware of this concern. I’ve noticed that a new male staff member and a new security guard have sometimes made female customers, including myself, feel uncomfortable. I hope Tesco can provide appropriate guidance and training on respecting customers’ personal space and maintaining professional behaviour. I’m sharing this feedback because I believe it can be addressed positively and help ensure all female customers feel comfortable and welcome.
