  Fed up of visiting this store and being asked for money by beggars who are not homeless and get picked up dropped off and store their blankets and umbrellas in nearby driveways. When are you going to act tesco! The staff should be protected from these individuals but so should your customers i use coop down the road staff are really friendly

  I would like to make a formal complaint about the way I was treated by a security staff member at Tesco on The Fordrough. The incident took place on 22 September 2026 at approximately 3:50 pm. I was waiting in the correct area to pay by card. The security staff member directed me to the queue for cash payments, even though I clearly told him that I wanted to pay by card. I followed his instructions and moved to the other area. While I was doing so, other customers came behind me and took my place in the card-payment queue. I therefore returned to the card-payment area where I had originally been waiting. I asked the security staff member why he had directed me to the wrong queue and why he had not called me back when he realised the mistake. Instead of apologising or acknowledging what had happened, he simply shrugged his shoulders and appeared completely uninterested. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I found his attitude and behaviour towards me disrespectful and unprofessional. I believe that customers should be treated politely and respectfully, even when there is a misunderstanding or mistake. I would therefore appreciate it if Tesco could investigate this incident and review the conduct of the staff member involved. I would also appreciate an explanation and confirmation that this matter has been addressed. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously. I look forward to hearing from you.

  Went in to buy Pokémon cards for my kids. I had them with me. We have always been told we can buy 5 per transaction per customer and this is what I have read online too according to Tescos guidelines. However, on this day, we were told by the cashier that it is 5 per family. He called the manager who came over and said we could have 5 each. Then the cashier said something to the manager and the manager then changed his mind. Left with 3 sad kids so we went to the other Tesco express and got 5 packs each 🤔 is the cashier saving the cards for his friends to come and scalp???

  Had such a lovely cashier on this afternoon I’m unsure of her name but she is an absolute ray of sunshine ever so sweet and bubbly you’ve got urself a genuine hard worker there . Let her know her smile doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you 🫶🏻

  Just been in to grab a few bits and was horrified to see mould in the fridges AVOID people the mould was black and all over the back of the fridges and under the shelf and when I went to get some cheese I noticed the mould was worse i noped out of there so please tesco sort it out that's honestly disgusting 🤮
