So the staff here clearly do not follow set guidelines to check people’s vouchers for collection as tonight when I arrived they had given the entire collection to a face they knew rather than checking the authorised collection voucher. Which I had. That is a complete breach of contract regarding the terms and conditions Olio lay down. Maybe the manager of this place a) should read the Olio contract themselves and b) train your useless staff properly.
