I don’t know his name, and I don’t want to assume his condition, but he appeared to have a disability such as Tourette’s syndrome or something similar. He was incredibly kind and helpful when assisting me. I could tell he seemed a little overwhelmed at times, but he still did his best to communicate clearly and make sure I got the help I needed. It was genuinely admirable to see how dedicated he was to helping customers despite the challenges he may face. I have so much respect for him, and I also want to commend Tesco for giving people equal opportunities. Everyone deserves the chance to work and contribute, and it’s wonderful to see Tesco supporting employees of all abilities. He should be very proud of himself, and Tesco should be proud to have him on the team. Thank you for creating an inclusive workplace and for employing such a hardworking, respectful, and helpful member of staff.

Instead of checking the facts, your security guard chose to publicly accuse me of stealing the items I had been carrying. It was a completely false accusation and an extremely humiliating experience. This is unacceptable treatment of paying customers. If your security staff cannot tell the difference between someone stealing and someone whose shopping is being paid for, they need proper training. Security guards are there to prevent theft, not to intimidate and falsely accuse innocent people.
