Come in here often and usually has most things you need. Today, there was a staff member who nearly tripped me up when I came in as he wasn't looking where he was going and swung the basket holder into me. Later he was raising his voice at a female member of staff, when I tried to ask him (after waiting for him to finish his conversation) where birthday cards were he shouted rudely UPSTAIRS then turned around and continued shouting at the other member of staff. This is not how people should treat customers or colleagues, total lack of respect.

went in this store for a few essentials & came away only with a nasty electric shock from the store’s escalator, sending a painful jolt down my arm and back and causing my body to shake in full view of the security guard & no one asked if I was ok, luckily it was nothing more than a short static zap that lasted a second, but it came as a shock, being the operative word.

Escalator broken, queued for lift and a little kid in security vest vaping in it as I went in, no carrier bags at the checkout, left what I picked and walked out
