  The 3 gents in parked in the disabled bay (no badge displayed) in plain clothes following and intimidating people around the store is nearly as awful as the staff themselves

  I went to Tesco today around 5 PM and had a frustrating experience. I had a shopping bag from Poundland in my pocket while holding the items I purchased in my hands. As I was leaving, the security officer stopped me and rudely asked if I had paid for the items in my pocket. I clarified that the only thing in my pocket was the Poundland shopping bag and showed him my pockets, but he remained dismissive and didn't apologize for his assumption. This encounter left me embarrassed and disappointed. I expected better from Tesco, and it really soured my shopping experience.

  Honestly both self check out tills locked. The queue was really long. 1 person on the other serving till. Rang the bell 5 times. Waiting 20 mins. Very nearly walked out. What’s the point of having self check out if I’m waiting 20 mins for someone to unlock the till. They have no staff.
