  When you eventually find the staff they are very rude as if you are being an inconvenience by shopping there. Highly recommended some staff training in costumer service.

  Terrible, im visibly over 25, tried to buy a red bull and was refused service because I didnt have id on me, when I explained im 25, the women just looked at me and said "you dont have to 25 to not be in school"? Which makes no sense, and implies that if you in school, regardless of age, she can't serve a redbull

  An absolutely abhorrent excuse of security guards work at this location. My partner was just accosted, harassed and forced to buy alcohol for a group of drunk men while the security guard stood there and shrugged. I don't know if you get hired on your ability to raise your shoulders, but this is absolutely disgusting despite being in the Jewellery Quarter, one the safest areas in Birmingham. This is also an incredible small Tesco, yet the security guard just stands as a greeter and does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Horrible, horrible store. Please be aware and be safe. No one will help you.

  Tescos is a good place to shop. They have good selection quick service and a pleasure to buy from good stuff as this one
