  Avoid this location at all costs. They refuse to honour valid vouchers and severely skimp on the meat portions - barely giving you a full scoop, especially when the meat tray on the counter shelf is running low, rather than refilling it. When questioned about the skimpy serving, the worker claimed management specifically instructed them to do so!

  The food was fine as usual. Unfortunately in terms of customer service I was disappointed. I attended at midday today and the lady at the counter refused to accept the voucher saying it couldn't be used at the counter. Unfortunately her communication struggled while speaking to me. When I showed her the voucher said it worked at the counter directly she ignored me until I gave in and paid. I came to the store for a deal being advertised and felt rudely disregarded and forced to pay full price anyway.

  Really disappointing experience. The sandwich was poorly assembled with barely any of the salad options that were requested. I asked for it to be toasted, but the cheese wasn’t even properly melted. The service was also very poor. There were no takeaway bags available, and the staff member serving didn’t even bother to pack the order - items were left scattered on the counter without saying anything. Overall, this is easily the worst Subway I’ve been to.

  I visited the Subway today around 5 pm my experience is very bad because the guy who is serving me. His attitude is very bad. I just told him to just open up and put it properly. Then we can eat, but he just push down and he told me it’s already open and same thing I eat on another Subway and it’s too good and they prepared very well, but in this Subway, literally it’s rubbish second thing I purchase one plant party foot long and I asked ko extra onion and I told him I’m ready to pay extra money for extra and he said they don’t have any kind option for extra salad definitely, he need to learn the manners how to talk with customer

  Friendly and helpful staff. Please update your opening hours, though. Closes 7pm on Thursdays not 7.30pm.
