    Very disappointed with the service at this branch. I placed an online order at 12:04 PM and went to collect it shortly afterwards. A member of staff told me it would be ready in around 5 minutes, so I asked my son to sit and wait while I checked back later. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I returned to ask about my order. During that time, I noticed several customers who arrived after me were served immediately, while my order appeared to be ignored. When I asked why my online order had not been prepared, despite other customers being served, the staff member who had taken my order responded rudely and simply told another employee to prepare it. In total, I waited around 20 minutes to receive my order. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering online for convenience and saving time. I am very unhappy with both the delay and the attitude of the staff. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this branch and cannot recommend it to others.

    Very good place too eat for me never really had a bad experience from here tbh always nice and tasty very good value and always hot and fresh.
