I just noticed that this place closes at 9pm. I went around 6pm and the staff were not welcoming and didn’t even want to serve and I just assumed it may be closing time.

I used this store while attending an event at the athletics track. The store was clean and inviting the selection of food was what you would expect from a subway the only thing that let it down was language that the the staff used when you came to place your order. The term "yes boss what can I get you" I am not your boss or anybody elses boss thank you. Maybe if this was some street food van I would accept but it is not, a polite sir or madam would have been far more appropriate.

Very disappointing behaviour from the staff who is serving the food. The time was around 6.40 pm. A girl staff was cleaning at that time. We were sitting in one side, he offered us to sit in the middle but someone already sit on there. Obviously I m upset, as he didn't give us clear information. He refused to serve me. I said I will complain to head office, he said he doesn't care. I came back with my children , they were hungry. I want proper investigation, please tell me whom to I contact. I wouldn't give up until it's finally sort out as he doesn't care about complain against him and refused to serve me. This is Subway, Perry bar, one stop shopping centre.
