    I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF TBE STORE AS THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and nothings even fresh just nasty mush !!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would as the service was the terrible the lady managing on the 18th of June was absolutely unprofessional, I had orderd my sub and asked for hot sauce she went into the back and came out with a creamy chipotle sauce and began to put it on my sub I said I wanted hot sauce that chipotle. she said it was hot sauce when the 2 are completely different and explained I don’t want a creamy sauce and she the had an attitude, so I asked for a new sub and she refused and said no and tried to force me to have it saying it’s my fault I should’ve of read the sauce list but if I said hot sauce she should’ve had said they dont have it and only had chipotle instead of repeating saying its my fault. I ended up asking for a refund and she began saying no over and over again and I explain to her I want a refund mostly due the attitude I received and constantly blaming towards my self even a customer stepped in and said she was at fault and I’m owed a refund after 10 mins of this I finally got my refund and left,

    Since they have reduced number of staff and forcing customers to use the kiosk service is much slower.

    Ordered a meal deal and they dispatched Coke which wasn’t even at room temperature. Called to complaint and Neha (who picked the call) said, no option to raise a complaint, no manager is available and no return option. Poor service, poor food

    Absolutely terrible experience at Subway Broadway Plaza Birmingham around 9:45pm. My younger sisters, who are children, ordered 3 hot chocolates and watched staff make them suspiciously slowly. One employee showed the first drink to a colleague, put it aside, then started taking apart the machine. When my sisters got worried and asked for a refund immediately, staff refused and kept making the drinks anyway. The drinks were cold and watery, they missed the start of their movie, were wrongly charged for a bag they never received, and didn’t even take the drinks. When they returned later, the drinks were still sitting out untouched. Staff members gave the names “Vikas” and “Prarn” after originally giving different names. Shocking hygiene, customer service and professionalism.

    Waited for 15 minutes at lunchtime to be served but staff were too busy preparing Uber Eats and screen orders to serve me at the counter for a custom sandwich which you cannot get on the screen kiosks. Staff said anyone not ordering on the screen would have to wait 10 more minutes ie a 25 minute wait. Not staff's fault, it is management as you are understaffed for the amount of orders you are getting at lunch. Will probably not be returning.
