    I am allergic to eggs and I specifically stated I wanted bbq sauce and they have gave me Chipotle sauce which contains egg in the ingredients then they refuse to answer

    Very disappointing experience at the Moseley Subway branch. I arrived with my family at 10:50am to order breakfast, which is advertised as being served until 11am. Despite arriving before the cutoff time, the staff member refused to serve us because she claimed it would take too long to prepare. I even offered to pay before 11am and wasn’t asking for any changes to the standard breakfast menu. This also wasn’t my first poor experience here. On a previous visit, the same staff member was noticeably stingy with the chicken filling compared to normal Subway portions. The customer service was unfriendly and unwelcoming on both occasions. If breakfast is advertised until 11am, customers arriving before then should still be served. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this branch and will be using the Kings Heath branch instead.Very disappointing experience at the Moseley Subway branch.     Walked into this Subway at exactly 10:50am with two family members while the breakfast deal advertised in-store clearly stated it was available until 11am. Despite arriving before the cutoff time, the woman at the till refused to honour the breakfast deal. Instead, she kept recommending more expensive menu items and other deals instead of simply giving us what was being advertised. We even offered to pay before 11am and said they could make the food afterwards if timing was the issue, but she still refused. Really disappointing customer service and misleading advertising. If a deal says it’s available until 11am, customers arriving before then should be able to order it without being pushed towards pricier options.

    Avoid this branch like the plague the staff have no manners whatsoever, especially the Asian guy and the woman with the headscarf both extremely rude and full of themselves and have no professionalism. One of them is usually hiding in the back not working even when it’s not busy they make you wait. this place has gone downhill because of the ill-Mannered staff that they’ve hired it’s a real shame that I now have to avoid this branch just because of the staff that they’ve employed.
