  Received an email saying my points would expire soon. I tried ordering online but it said the store is not currently taking online orders. I don’t drive so can’t do collection. I tried calling the store, no answer for 30 mins, just an automated message about promotional ice cream.

  Food never arrived and they don’t answer the phone, now £30 out of pocket for food ordered and not received. Never again

  The young lady in papa johns on Bristol road was very helpful and polite Sheika (apologies if spelt wrong) couldn’t be more helpful very polite and professional thank you
