  My friend just ordered from yourselves not only was it over an hour late but it didn’t even turn up driver Deliveroo lied said he attempted delivery did not as she was right there waiting now she has no food and they refuse a refund DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR DELIVEROO ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

  Food is amazing and yummy, attentive to what we asked for when asked. However, no one was at the front desk whilst customers were waiting to be served until someone shouted- could be better. Overall, very pleased

  Urvashi was very polite and handled my order with care. I am very happy with the service and I would totally recommend this shop. She made order ready very quickly and I was overall very satisfied. The branch is in Selly Oak Papa John’s.

  Normally use them regularly but after today that will change. Waited nearly 2 hours for my food. Each time I called for an update it goes through to someone not in store so they have to call the store. Each time it was a different story on the road it'll be 10mins. Then told it was coming from Kings heath not Selly oak. Ridiculous and frustrating.

  Ordered a pizza an hour ago. Order got marked as delivered half an hour after ordering. Order had not arrived. Called asking for an update was told it was on its way. Half an hour later called again. Was not apologised to for the delay. Order was then transferred to the kings heath location. Call operator was rude. Terrible customer service. Terrible service in general.
