I was attended to by Ansh gill and he was very pleasant and patient while taking my orders. Most of the staff at city centre are very nice and friendly

Amazing customer service from ansh. Great overall experience. Store was clean and tidy. Food was hot and perfect to my standard. Highly recommend.

Delivery service is TERRIBLE. Multiple times they have taken over an hour to deliver when they initially said 15-20 mins (and one time they didn't even come). No-one from the store ever answers the phone, drivers never get in touch. If you do manage to get in touch the store is completely unhelpful and keep saying they'll be 5 mins but no one ever comes. Avoid and just get something else on UberEats or something

I always come here after a night shift around 5am and the quality is still as good as if I ordered during the day. I love this Papa John's and come every week!
