Twice in a month I’ve ordered vegan pizza from here and twice it’s out of stock. They never update the stock level on the website it seems. No suitable alternative offered and awful customer service was provided. I’ve been using papa johns for years but will definitely not be using anymore.

I can see now why this place has 3 star ratings it’s rubbish food rubbish service they don’t listen rather talk in Indian language and make customers wait clearly don’t speak well English to understand customers orders just not how you run a pizza place
The tracker pinged: Delivered! — hooray, the pizza's here!
I checked the door, the drive, the street... it was nowhere near.
A ghost delivery, I suppose, to hit their KPI,
While somewhere in a heat bag, my garlic bread said goodbye.
I called them up, politely asked, "Excuse me, where's my food?"
"Just a few minutes away!" they said, which seemed... too good.
Ten minutes passed. I called again. "Just a few minutes more!"
(I think they keep a few minutes in a drawer.)
The pizza came eventually, the temperature: deceased.
The cheese had set, the crust had hardened, joy had long since ceased.
They ticked their box, they hit their mark, the dashboard glowed with green,
While I sat eating lukewarm dough and questioning the dream.
So heed my tale, dear hungry friend, and let this be your guide:
If Papa John's says "Delivered" — step aside.
And if they say "just minutes away," do not be fooled, my dear —
Those minutes are a different kind that never quite appear.

Absolutely appalling service from Papa Johns.
Order number: 83706196
We placed an order worth £126, and the pizzas were never delivered. The store claimed the driver had attempted delivery, called us, and left voicemails — however, there was absolutely no record of any calls or voicemails on our phones.
To confirm this, we even reviewed CCTV footage covering the property, which clearly showed that no delivery driver ever arrived at the address.
After we contacted the store — over 120 minutes after originally placing the order — we were told the driver would be sent back out with the food. However, when we called again 25 minutes later to check on the delivery, we were then told the store had decided to cancel the order instead.
What made the situation even worse was the way the store handled the complaint. I spoke to the store twice, and neither the female staff member nor the male staff member I was handed over to would identify themselves, even when asked for the purpose of making a formal complaint. They refused to issue a refund despite acknowledging the food had not been delivered, and they also refused to provide any help or information regarding the complaints procedure.
£126 taken for food that never arrived, no accountability, no customer service, and no willingness to resolve the issue properly. Completely unacceptable experience.
I went to papa john yesterday afternoon and the staff there was absolutely useless. There was a guy named Aman. He didn't even know how to speak or talk with customers . There was zero customer service. His behavior was very rude and he used to talk very rudely. This was the last time I got pizza from here. I will never come here again to get a pizza. The person is disrespectful. I think his name aman Someone was calling him at the shop.
