  Ordered one of their deals, and spent well over an hour for the food to be delivered, at this point in time I am still waiting and have been left waiting on the phone for them to pick up and give me an update

  Absolutely awful experience. The wrong pizzas were delivered, and to make matters worse, one of the pizzas was missing two slices. When I called to report the issue, I was met with extremely rude and dismissive customer service. There was no apology, no willingness to help, and the entire interaction left me feeling like my complaint was an inconvenience rather than a genuine problem. The person I spoke to should not be working in a customer-facing role. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely absent. I would rate this place 0 out of 5 if Google allowed it, but unfortunately 1 is the lowest possible rating. Poor service, poor attitude, and a disappointing overall experience. Avoid this place altogether.

  Ordered a pizza from here what a BIG MISTAKE Took forever to deliver the food , rang store for update zero customer service skills. Finally arrived pizza was swimming in oil . Garlic bread was rock solid and to top it off had a stomach all and got the shits . Will never be ordering from here . Well done guys

  My advice... Don't order online as they take the money but the order no. I pressed twice the 'Pay' button ( because the first order wasn't placed and I tried again) and also the payment has been taken twice but my order wasn't placed at all. If you want to call customer service there is no contact details...
