  Sun 14th June Haven't been able to order (using the app) for nearly two weeks now, the order on Just Eat (5th June) wasn't fulfilled so I had to apply for a refund. Is this restaurant (and Selly Oak for that matter) still open?

  I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing experience I had with my recent order. Today, I placed an order from Portsmouth for my nephew who lives in Birmingham, as it was his birthday. Unfortunately, the service I received was completely unacceptable. Firstly, the pizza was delivered extremely cold. Secondly, the delivery was not on time. I received a notification on the app the order had been delivered. This caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience. Maybe the trying to under 30 minutes delivery. I then called your Birmingham branch to resolve the issue. However, the experience became even worse. A female staff member answered my call, and her tone was highly unprofessional and aggressive. She was literally shouting at me instead of listening to my concern. As a paying customer, I expect respectful communication. When I requested her name and asked for a complaint reference ID, she refused to provide any details and abruptly disconnected the call without offering any solution. That’s my biggest mistake i didn't check ur reviews in Google. I would like to highlight that I also run my own restaurant, and this is not how customers should ever be treated. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I kindly request: * A full explanation of what went wrong with my order * Appropriate action to be taken against the staff member involved * A refund or compensation for this poor experience I hope you take this complaint seriously and ensure such incidents do not happen again.   Just went to pick up for collection the staff member uday & Diljoth helped me to choose customized pizza with toppings great service
