Difficult to get they're attention when the tables need cleaning. They were all just standing around. Not a clean table in sight.. no service with a smile 😡 found it difficult to print off a receipt too busy talking. Hire adults and not kids I suggest 🤔🙄

Overrall service in that place is good but that incident made me remove a point. As a Manager, you need to learn people's experience. Excuse yourself nicely before attending to others unless its an emergency and of course, it's another customer like me and the drink she made wasn't good enough compared to others i usually buy.

I was one of those customers, they were both rude and saying they couldn't hear us through the barrier that is now separating them from customers, like it's our fault! I was then given cold food smothered in so much ketchup I could only taste ketchup. This isn't acceptable and I belive they were running their mouths because they were emboldened by the barrier protecting them from customers. Do better Greggs!!

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
