- LALife with Annie6 days ago2.0I don't usually review places to complain but I went here today to grab a quick meal during my work break. Asked for a margarita pizza slice. The young girl serving me was more interested in talking to her colleague than serving me, and instead of a plain cheese pizza like I asked, has given me a pepperoni one, which I didnt notice until I got back to work, and had no time to go back and change it. Thankfully I'm not vegetarian/vegan/muslim, otherwise this would have been bad, but she should have been chatting less, and paying more attention to her customers instead.

It’s annoying , sort it out . All I want is to be served what I asked for . Just because I have brown skin he says this. If I said “non of you business” he probably wouldn’t have served me then I would file a complaint

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
