A lot of the reviews on here are misleading. I am a regular customer and can say that I have always had a positive visit. The atmosphere in the shop is great, the Team and the Manager get on really well and have a good dynamic between each other whilst serving and providing excellent customer service.

She acts as if she is doing you a massive favor by handing out free food from her own pocket. If you dare to ask a simple question, she looks down on you and acts as though you cannot afford to buy anything. > Judy’s completely unacceptable behavior and the constant lack of prepared food make me never want to step foot in a Greggs again. Management needs to seriously look into how this branch is being run and how their customers are being treated. Avoid this location at all costs.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
