- MEmahsa eskandariAug 11, 20261.0visited Greggs today and had a very bad experience. The new staff were unfriendly and had a bad attitude. I asked for sauce with my order, but they refused and said they do not provide sauce with that item, even though I have received sauce with the same product at other Greggs branches. Overall, very disappointing customer service.

The amount of times they falsely list items on the app, or they have staff members but too lazy to make certain items, I’m not sure if it’s a management issue but they deliberately list items out of stock and are always so disorganised. It’s just this Greggs any others I go to it never has issues but I really hope some sort of upper management investigated this place because they clearly don’t follow the same procedures as others, if they do improve I’ll happily change this review to a 5 star rating the next time I go, the last time I ordered was Wednesday too and it was quiet so I’m not sure how they messed up my order so bad but it’s happened more than a few times hence why I’m leaving a review.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
