  First timers at Five Guys - excellent burgers but the loaded fries were awful - Way too much sickly cheese. General atmosphere good though, and the nice memorabilia on the wall helped the American burger vibe.

  Thank you so much to the Five Guys employee who spotted I had left my rucksack and came to get me after I walked out (long day don’t ask). I didn’t catch his name, but it was at 9:45pm on 11th August. Not all heroes wear capes - lifesaver! 🙏 Food was ace too.

  I visited your restaurant with my children and purchased a meal costing approximately £32. Our order included a large fries, two large soft drinks, a bottle of water, and other food items. As we were unable to finish our meal, we left our food and drinks on the table while I took my children to use the toilet. I also left a small shopping bag containing items we had purchased earlier. When we returned just a few minutes later, we discovered that all of our food, drinks, and my shopping bag with its contents had been thrown into the bin by a member of staff. My children had hardly touched their drinks, and we had every intention of returning to finish our meal.

  The staff was friendly and professional, but Five Guys food is greasy and everything was just thrown into a bag. Not this restaurant's fault, but rather the entire concept is crude and sloppy.
