Outstanding service from Jay and Michael! We popped into Five Guys and were blown away by the hospitality. Jay and Michael went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another order. Everything was handled quickly and with a smile, and they were happy to answer questions and make sure we had exactly what we wanted. The food was fresh and hot, but it was the team's energy and attention that made the visit memorable. It's rare to find service this good in a fast-food setting. Jay and Michael deserve real recognition, and the manager should be proud to have them on the team. We'll definitely be back!

We received excellent customer service today from Asyf, who was extremely pleasant, accommodating and reassuring. He made sure that my wife, our four children and I were all comfortable and well looked after. He even took the time to come over to our table to check that everything was okay, which we really appreciated. Thanks to Asyf’s excellent service, we will definitely consider returning. We were also very pleased to find that the branch at The Fort Shopping Centre in Birmingham caters for Muslim customers by offering halal food. This is something we are very grateful for as a Muslim family. Thank you, Asyf, for making our visit such a positive experience. Keep up the great work!
