  The lady madalina had great customer service polite bubbly and helpful despite how energetic and annoying I was she was cool and she showed me about the five guys app

  Great service and clean setting. Great food and kind staff who’ll help when you need something. Would recommend especially for the portions. Black shirt was cute

  Shoutout to Muhammad! He was patient in explaining the menu to my wife. The burgers were excellent. However, we were disappointed with the hotdog. It was very meaty and tasted bad. We would like to get a refund. Not happy.

  If you’re looking for a bland, disappointing burger, this is the place for you. We also had to wait an hour for delivery despite living only 4 km away, which made the experience even more frustrating. Not only did they completely ignore my order instructions and add ingredients I hadn’t asked for, but the burger itself was awful. The patty was dry, overcooked, and almost burnt, with meat that tasted far from fresh. The bun was soggy and unappetising, which only made things worse. The chips were also soggy, although they at least had a decent flavour. I genuinely don’t understand the hype around Five Guys. For the price, I expected a quality burger, but instead I got something that was overpriced and lacked any real flavour. There are far better burger places that offer fresher, tastier food for less.
