  The food is amazing as always. The service is alright. The atmosphere gives off an 80s vibe which can be charming to most people

  My mother came out of hospital today and was craving a burger. We came here and received old chips, none existent service (where the staff just looked at me waiting at the till and looked away - prompting me to use the self service kiosk) thrown together burgers with cold unmelted cheese. They had six staff working and prioritising the delivery drivers instead of those in the building and made me wait nearly twenty minutes for two burgers and fries. For £30, a Nando’s, x2 McDonald’s or a cavalry is cheaper and much better standards. Working in food and beverage bad management stands out immediately. When you compare this to the branch in Solihull, it is worlds apart. Avoid.

  Burgers great fries definitely over cooked it is unfortunate as if this was a fry calibration this would be a fail

  The fries were stale, definitely not fresh, they were also cold. The burger was standard. The driver came quickly and the order was stored appropriately so it was definitely an issue from the restaurant’s side. The milkshake barely had any of my Biscoff mix in, I’ve ordered from the other 2 Five Guys in Birmingham so I know what to expect.

  Great service from Aleena. She went through the whole menu with me from start to finish. The restaurant seemed busy but she still had a smile on her face and took her time going through everything thoroughly. ☺️
