  I have a voucher for free burger.I don’t know how to use it. But the staffs help me to use it. Even they don’t have an idea to use it. They were so kind and the service was very nice! I can’t tell the burgers are so nice always.

  Georgia was my serve and I had problem with the kiosk and she helped me out with amazing customer service and a positive attitude. And she also made my milkshake perfect xxxx she deserve a raise

  i have paid £11 for a few chips and a drink no main meal and i have still paid £11 when getting the drink half way through the dr pepper ran out so now i have half doctor pepper half coca cola and when u go to eat my fries i have no cuttlery so my hand are now filthy on the top i was given no napkins. #fuming

  Waited ages for food. They got our order completely wrong but couldn’t be bothered to change it as we had already been sat at one of their filthy tables for ages. I don’t understand how they can charge so much money for something that tastes exactly the same as maccies but is so much slower. How are you guys still in business? You couldn’t pay me to come back.

  Probably one of the most disappointing meals I've had, unfortunately! I have high expectations, given that 2 kids meals and one adult meal came to just under £40. The quality of the food received for this amount of money, felt more like a McDonald's priced meal, than an apparent "fresh prepared" meal. The service was fine, although nothing exceptional and the atmosphere was just the same as most fast food places. It's a real shame, as I have always been told that Five Guys is great, but the food quality was certainly below the anticipated standard.
