  20 min wait for my meal but the worker recognised that and gave me extra fries and an extra drink to compensate. Like that you can help yourself to as much sauce as you like

  Had the great displeasure of visiting this Five Guys restaurant in Birmingham craving one of their burgers as Five Guys is always on my list of things to do when I come over to the UK. This must be the worst burger I’ve ever had. Stale toasted bun with 2 shrivelled up beef patties and a very gooey plastic cheese. The fries were anaemic and had a grey tinge to them. All thighs said, I think Five Guys Burgers will never see me again with food this bad and crazy expensive!!
