  It showed on the screen that it was ready, but it hadn’t even been put in the oven yet. They apologised and said they were very busy. However, there was no rush or crowd either inside or when I placed the order. It seems to show as “ready” in the system to make the service look faster, and then the same excuse is given to the customer at the time.

  Horrible experience, got ignored at the counter, waited over 10minutes to be served before I finally left. Not because they didn’t hear or see me either, they looked at me, gave a dirty look and turned their face away again. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. You would think they would WANT customers?Not completely blank them, lack of basic human respect. Hygiene looked horrible, my friends food looked mashed just overall extremely disappointing . Disgusting service, I do not recommend and neither will I be going there again.

  I have a lot of great memories of many years ago when my wife and I used to pop in here after a movie to take some Pizza home for dinner. We were watching a film nearby so decided to roll back the years and visit. In all honesty, it would've been best to leave it in the past and continue romanticising how things used to be. I put in an order on the app for two Pizzas. Firstly, a large Half & Half made up of The Ultimate Hot Honey 'Nduja & Pepperoni and Pepperoni Passion. Secondly, a large Vegi Supreme. I then went inside to collect. My order was displayed on screen as being ready in 11 minutes. It actually took around 20 minutes, but I wasn't that bothered as long as it was done properly. There only seemed to be one guy doing all the work while others were chilling, but again, not my problem at this stage. Eventually we got our food and headed on our 20 minute drive home, sat down, opened the Half & Half to see that the Pepperoni Passion had been replaced by Vegi Supreme, so we had 1½ Vegi Supreme Pizzas in total. First I told myself I must've made a mistake when ordering, however I looked at my receipt in my emails and also saw a sticker on the box, both showing my intended order. Perhaps they ran out of Pepperoni?, or maybe they were looking out for our health with all the nitrates etc? Either way, we were tired, we ate it. At least we know it's not worth going back ever again. Some things are better off left in the past I guess.
