  I ordered from Domino's in Birmingham Central when I was staying at a hotel. I received a phone call from the driver who said he was parked outside and asked if I could come outside to collect it as he wasn't allowed inside the hotel, which is fair enough. However, I went outside and had a look around and could not see his car anywhere...He called a short while later where he began to become aggressive and shouting that he was waiting for me and to get my pizza. I explained that I couldn't see his car anywhere despite having looked. He yelled that he was waiting and then hung up. After looking amongst a large section of parked cars near the hotel, I saw through the windscreen a man in a Domino's uniform. I collected my pizza and explained that I couldn't see him where he was parked and that it wasn't apparent it was a Domino's delivery vehicle...Driver totally ignored me when I said this and drove away. How on earth do some Domino's expect customers to come and collect their orders in this fashion if they don't make it abundantly clear with signage on the car to say it's a Domino's delivery vehicle or even if their drivers stood outside their vehicles so that their uniform can be seen clearly? Not to mention the rude and aggressive attitude of the driver when he expects you to just magically know where he is! To make matters even trickier, the drivers English was very poor and there seemed to be communication issues as a result of this. Won't be ordering from here again!

  Javed Ikhlas, the best delivery guy ever had.He delivered the food on the time.The food was very hot and fresh. I'm very satisfied and would definitely order again.
