- SSSamahOct 6, 20261.0Dirty shop with rude owners who patronise and make customers feel uncomfortable as well as wasting their time with out of date items . Definitely an unsafe shop and should be avoided
- AAAmbreen AOct 6, 20261.0I would give zero stars if I could. The woman who works there is absolutely horrid - not a single ounce of respect for anyone. She saw me with my one year old at the till and ignored me - she continued to stock her shelves. This was I feel because of my ethnic background and religion. After that she was rude, dismissive of what I was saying and as she had made me wait my baby got unsettled. I just gave him a toy from the shelf to play with after which she was rude about me picking something from the shelf. The item was unopened - just holding it helped my child stop crying. The woman insisted I buy it right then or put it down. Absolutely rude. No class or customer service at all. Definitely not going in again. Will find somewhere else to get my parcels delivered to.
- GKGowsalya KanaswamyOct 3, 20261.0Made my 10 year older daughter to spend more saying she need to spend more to pay by card. She was a child, still chosen to rip off. We own shop and never been this greedy.
- IPIan PenroseOct 2, 20261.0Thought I’d see what the hap was about after a 1.8 average, yeah they are rude don’t bother
- EMeve mearsAug 19, 20261.0RUDE staff, shop closes half an hour earlier than what is written on the door which can be hours earlier than what is online. They hate women. They are friendly to men but VERY patronising to women! They do not like parcels being dropped off here, and also do not accept most parcel services which they state they do online, so I would not waste your time!
