I've been using this co op for some years now but i find now this shop is uncooperative, whenever staff have made a mistake i have been turned away at my own cost and no fault on my end. Public treatment is not standardised so never know what reception you will receive. Staff here (not all) could do with some training, in the meantime i give up with this store, it easier to drive to asda or tesco although much further. FIX UP CO OP.

His name tag said he was called ‘nalin’. I have never come across customer service this bad before. Not even a smile. Most certainly won’t ever be returning due to his rudeness and how hostile he was.

He is letting the whole place down with his attitude, which is a great shame when the rest of the staff make such an effort.
