After spending £50 on food you’d expect it delivered to your door. However when phoned last night I had to go outside to find no driver there, got phoned again and told the driver is parked up 5 minutes away at a different location. when asked on the phone by the store “what I live near” I told them a place most are familiar with thinking common sense would prevail and they’d find my street, but no.. I was then phoned and told the driver was parked OUTSIDE the place I mentioned and I’ve had to walk 3 streets away to collect my food which was lukewarm at best by the time we received it.
