- CCCiara Connolly1 day ago1.0This restaurant has a pattern of missing food items in orders amd sometimes wrong orders. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, 20x chicken nuggets, crunchy cheese bites and medium fries from here on 15th June through deliveroo. The receipt on the order I recieved said medium fries and mayo chicken which is not what I ordered. This was particularilt egregious given the amount of items I did order and I am yet to hear back on any form of compensation around a week later.

Even while busy, he stayed professional and made sure everything was correct with the order. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made a great impression. Kailen clearly works very hard and deserves recognition for the effort he puts into his job, including a pay rise.
