All three hand sanitiser units empty, very dirty toilet door handles (which have to touch to open the door on the way out, after you have just washed your hands), Litter in the car park, dirty tables...

My chips were rock hard and cold as if they haven’t even been cooked at all. My McFlurrys were wrong completely and it was over all inedible. My partner also ordered from this establishment a few days ago and his order was also completely wrong not the first time they have made such a disgrace of an order will not be purchasing from them anymore as they have given me more bad orders than good

After waiting 2.5 hours for a Just Eat order, I had to walk to the restaurant myself to find out what was happening. Aaron was quick to blame Just Eat and claim the restaurant had never received the order, yet while I was there a Just Eat driver arrived to collect it. No apology, no accountability and no attempt to resolve it properly as I had to ask for the food myself. Very poor attitude and not how a manager should deal with customers. Will not be back.
