  I had an amazing experience at Wingstop, and a huge part of that was because of the incredible service from Tyson. He was genuinely one of the best waiters I’ve had — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Tyson brought great energy, was super helpful, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. The food was great, but the service is what really made the experience stand out. Huge thanks to Tyson for making it such a memorable meal — Wingstop is lucky to have him! 🍗🔥

  Best customer service I’ve ever experienced I’ve eaten in a lot of places and shopped in a lot of stores, but the service I got at Wingstop Belfast today was genuinely the best I’ve ever had in my life. The food was class as always, hot, fresh, and absolutely loaded with flavour, but the real reason I’m writing this review is because of Tyson. This man deserves a pay rise, a promotion, and possibly his own national holiday. From the second we walked in, Tyson was friendly, welcoming, and an absolute legend. He went above and beyond in every way possible, making us feel like VIPs rather than customers ordering chicken wings. Nothing was too much trouble, his attitude was unreal, and he somehow managed to make the whole experience genuinely memorable. You can teach people how to take orders, but you can’t teach the kind of customer service Tyson provides. The guy has charisma coming out of his ears and is a massive credit to Wingstop. If every business had someone like him working there, the world would be a better place. The food was fantastic, but Tyson was the reason we’ll be back. Give that man the recognition he deserves because he’s running customer service at Hall of Fame level.

  I had an amazing experience at Wingstop thanks to Tyson! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, answered all my questions with a smile, and made the whole visit enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service as much as Tyson does. His positive attitude and excellent work ethic really stood out and made a great impression. The food was fantastic, but Tyson’s outstanding service is what will keep me coming back. Wingstop is lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee!

  Had a great experience at Wingstop Belfast. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. A special mention to Tyson, who provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across staff members who genuinely make your visit better, and Tyson definitely did that. The wings were excellent, the service was quick, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Wingstop Belfast to anyone looking for great food and even better service. Thanks again to Tyson!

  This was an absolute let down ! When we arrived there was good sitting under the hotplate nobody bring it out to the table bar one girl and that's why she got 3 stars. She was trying her best. The tenders were tough as old boots and the chips and corn was freezing 🥶 it took 45 mins for the order to come to my table. There were people complaining left, right and centre. I asked for my daughter's tenders to be re made and was still waiting 15 -20 mins later for replacement ! I ended up getting a refund on the kids meal. I will be totally honest wing it smashes this out the park. I've had better meals out of Iceland. The heat thing about it was the dips and the cold drinks. Don't rush here with the hype. Waste of money
