  I have been going to Wagamama since the first one opened next to my office in London in 1992. Fantastic then and possibly even better now.

  Noisey hot experience, food was fine service we waited as multiple staff walked past before acknowledging our presence after this it was good.swrive. we requested seating outside in the area for a quieter cooler seat and was told we weren't allowed that seating as it was cooler in the evenings.......this was exactly why we asked to be seated there.

  I took my wife, baby girl and 8 year old daughter to this establishment. We were treated so warmly by the staff from the get go and it was noticed that it was my daughter's 8th birthday. One of the staff members quietly informed me that there was a complimentary desert for kids birthdays. My wife and I ordered the Steak Teriyaki Soba and my daughter ordered the kids Chicken Ramen. The food was fresh, full of flavour, warm and arrived quickly. The staff were very attentive and couldn't of possibly been any more helpful. When we were finished our meals two ladies and a male member of staff who were working came and sang happy birthday to our daughter and presented her with a brownie and some ice cream. The brownie was incredibly soft and full of flavour. Everyone was delighted with our experience at Wagamama and we will be back.

  Disappointing food and long wait times at Wagamama, though our waiter was wonderful, attentive, helpful with the menu, and constantly checking in on us. Unfortunately, we waited a full hour for all our food to arrive, with half the order coming at 30 minutes and the rest half an hour later. The noodles in the seafood soup were undercooked, hard, and stuck together, while the duck bao buns were bland and oversteamed. Great service, but the kitchen really let the experience down.
