  Visited Wagamama recently with friends. Really love the vibe and the staff especially Ibrahim and Nicolas are so welcoming and kind. Enjoyed their sea food and Chicken Ramen

  Great spot! Came with my colleague and we both had a brilliant time. I had the Chilli Squid and it was lovely. Really nice atmosphere and the whole environment of the place had a great vibe. Service was impeccable. Special thanks to Ibrahim who served us really well. Will definitely be back!

  I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst customer service for the most overpriced food. Avoid. Support a local business instead.

  If there was a no star option i would be pressing that. Waited 10 to 15 minutes to be seated when seated was given menus not asked about drinks we choose what we wanted waited tried to catch the eye of a waitress without success waited some more then noticed that people that had been sat after us were getting there orders taken and at this point we had been waiting about 20 minutes so safe to say we got up and walked out

  Not a good experience all around. I ate at wagamama about 10 years ago in London which was a great experience. Back in Europe, specifically Ireland on a great trip and thought I would want to stop by. None of this was the fault of the workers, who seemed very stressed, overworked, and without direction from management. Overall they seemed very understaffed with 5 different waitresses visiting our table for a different purpose, all of them seemingly out of breath with having to take on too much work. The Food tasted ok, but the first entree for my wife (steak teriyaki noodles) was brought out about 15 minutes earlier than mine, and it was brought out already quite cold within 2 minutes of ordering as if it was just sitting there waiting for someone to order it and was not made to order. My plate (one of the curries), arrived after she had been well finished with hers, was a curry that was bland, with curry that was lukewarm but almost saved by rice that was hot and fresh. I do not plan on going back to wagamama. To add, as we left, most of the tables were open but to highlight the understaffing there was a line of about 25 people out the door
