  I ordered a portion of chicken gyozas and katsu curry. My sister's teriyaki chicken arrived first and after she was halfway through her meal a server approached us to say they had unfortunately ran out of rice. I was offered the chance to change my which I took and it arrived 20 minutes later with the chicken gyozas. Unfortunately for me I ate the gyozas first which were very undercooked. I then told my sister that the gyozas were undercooked and that she shouldn't eat them. She then cut into one of the gyozas to reveal red raw chicken. We were then eventually approached by a server with a card machine who asked if we enjoyed our meal. I mentioned the undercooked gyozas and highlighted the chicken my sister had pointed out. She then said "oh dear" and apologised before presenting the card machine to me and asking if I wanted to give a tip which I decided to pass on. Since our visit I've sadly been sick which I was fearing. I know a new restaurant will have teething issues and I felt bad for the staff explaining that they had unexpectedly ran out of rice, but after getting sick from eating undercooked gyozas and then being asked to pay for them and if I'd like to leave a tip I think the 1 star review is just. I hope it improves, but not sure I'll be risking it again myself.

  Our server Lillie was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Cannot sing her praises enough - made us feel so welcome and had a good banter with her :) Atmosphere was super cute and low-key and the food was incredible as per. Thanks for being stars everyone :)

  Nice little spot if you're in the area and fancy a lighter dinner. I'm not sure if it was value for money for the food we ordered (the prices seemed a bit expensive to me, though it's been a while since I last ate in Wagamama), but the staff were very nice and went out of their way for us - thanks to them for accommodating us!

  my husband and i dined in the odyssey restaurant on sunday evening. The food was delicious, very fresh and served fast. but what made the experience exceptional was our server , Tasha. She was such a joy and was very knowledgeable about the menu!

  The food was very tasty, that is not in question. My big problem was I finished my dinner completely before my husband got his. I was told that was because they cook from scratch and it was all part of the experience. I saw it as a problem that did need to be dealt with. The head chef needs to make sure the same tables orders were processed so all food came at the same time. Most tables were the same and I could see many unhappy diners. I would think twice about going back because of it. Mrs McCrory.
