  A bit of a grim experience. Poor range of ready-meals and not an attractive store with drunk or begging people outside. The staff were really helpful though.

  Customer service is appalling. I visited the store shopping with 2 friends and 1 held a joint basket of our items. I retrieved the basket from her at the self checkout to purchase my own items, when a member of staff was extremely rude. She attempted to accuse me of purchasing by proxy for my friend, saying I was purchasing paracetamol for her, and immediately denied service. I explained that was not the case, these were my items and I was in no way purchasing for someone else. Not once did she offer to check any ID’s and flat out denied me any products. I was embarrassed and disgusted by the conduct. She was outright rude and only offered to let me purchase the items once I offered we all show ID, a thought that did not even cross her mind. The staff member was an older lady, white hair and quite the abhorrent attitude. I could even see her colleague was embarrassed by the conduct. I wish I had spoken to her manager, what a horrible experience.

  Me and my mates did laps around the giant car park in trolleys. Real life mario kart. Really fun, would recommend. 5/5
