  The staff tonight could not have been more helpful. It was 10.55pm just minutes before the store closes. I paid at a self service till and noticed on the receipt that I had been charged full price for the three parts of a meal deal. The first member of staff I spoke to reassured me that it can be confusing, looked for the prices of the three items and agreed. Next we spoke to his manager and another colleague, they confirmed the three items made up a meal deal. At customer services the manager refunded the difference in price. All of the staff I interacted with tonight were lovely and seemed happy to help, despite the late hour. Really great customer service. Well done Tesco Castlereagh.

  Conveniently located on the Castlereagh road with plenty of parking spaces. Lots of bargains for anyone with a clubcard and otherwise #Concavemagic

  I would like to give a shoutout to Heather, lady on checkout today and thank her for packing all my groceries, she would be unaware of mobility and pain issues I have and made things so much easier for me today by this gesture, I truly appreciated it.
