  Too many times now the shelves are empty, or you ask staff to go check as it’s available on the app and they can’t be bothered. They also have a bad rat problem, the bush/hedge area alongside the entrance for deliveries is infested. Seen a rat scurry through earlier under someone’s car. Definitely won’t be back!

  I used this store when i lived local, always found staff members to be polite and very helpful. I moved away a few years back but would pop in every now and again, there is a lady called Deborah Boyd who i had the privelage to work alongside for many years previous in a different workplace. Deborah is the most kind, caring ,helpful and friendly person i have ever met. I know she will wholeheartedly give 100% and above. Deborah will always go the extra mile to help anybody,

  Girls toilets absolutely stunk of BO and poo this is multiple times now, flys infestation around the towel seats and toilet roll all over the floor, it’s disgusting acc vile

  Rude staff, If they're not busy talking to one another and sniggering, They're ignoring you when you're asking for Help, It actually ruins your day visiting the store, And you leave feeling pissed off .. give ur staff the training they desperately need !!... I don't know how anyone would give this five stars unless they're working there
