  Busy Extra. Prices are marginally higher than in other Tesco Extras because of its premium neighbourhood. A two storey McDonald's on its parking lot helps disorganised people not to shop for groceries while hungry.

  Online order, asked for no substitutes so of course got substitutes. Why do you not highlight this at time of delivery? It would make it so much easier to return items.

  When I was in the chilled salad area I was getting some salad dressing and a woman was there in a Tesco uniform and she was doing her own shopping said to me EXCUSE YOU in a quite mean voice I said excuse me and she walked off such rude staff. Even still I didn’t have a pound for the Reilly so I was putting items into a shopping bag and I gradually got heavier that I had to drag it along the shop floor and not one colleague offered to help me they clearly saw I was struggling and offered no assistance I work in retail myself and never would I have ignored a customer who was struggling. Sort ur staff out along with better customer service shame in yourselves Tesco

  Cancelled my online order at the last minute. Had to wait two days before I could get another slot. Terrible service for the second time in two weeks.
