  Terrible customer service arrogant member of staff who was mixed race wearing glasses. He needs to have some manners when dealing with the public, your female security guard who doesn't speak good English should not push people out of the way when walking past.

  Encountered a rude lady this morning with blonde hair at the checkout I simply asked for help when she was free and was rude back if you can’t deliver great customer service then it’s not the job for would be more understandable if I was being rude but I simply asked for help when she was done sorry but is it not your job if you working too help customers won’t be back

  Paid for bottle of wine at self service till. Security thought I was walking away with it, turned me around and made me pay for it a second time. Came up as coming out of my account twice. Can't get refund as Tesco UK say I should go through Tesco ROI and vice versa. Even suggested I should travel from Cork up to Belfast for a refund. Jokeshop.
