  It's fine, however I preferred it as a Rock Bar/The Rosetta Bar. You'll only get a Pint of Milk there now sadly.

  This is my local store and I shop there regularly with no issues however this evening I couldn't believe what happened at the customer service counter. I was out with my children to get some last minute gifts for my husband's birthday tomorrow, in a rush and went to the scratch cards and said to my children pick a number for me to buy for Dad and the assistant who was serving another customer informed me she couldn't sell me a scratch card. When I enquired why she said because you spoke with your children about the scratch cards I can't sell you them. I said but you heard the conversation so you heard it's for my husband but she insisted I couldn't buy them! I asked for a manager and she said the same thing! Absolutely ridiculous, how could I have known this idiotic rule and even if I did my children are autistic so would have spoke about it whether I asked them or not as they are quite vocal and want to be involved in decisions. Not sure how I could have made the transaction without them speaking! What a completely stupid rule and the fact the assistant decided to hear us even though she was serving someone else just made me feel that she was delighted to 'enforce' the rule! Wonder how long she's been waiting to do that! Complete jobs worth and now I will have to walk miles with my children to try to find another shop where the assistant isn't trying to make life difficult for no reason when life is hard enough! Disgusted!!

  Always a Q. Waitn @ tills for 2long 2often. You stand at tills & staff r 2busy stackn shelves 2 serve. Even when cashier is there servn & rings the bell for help (which they often have 2 several times, no one shows or does way too long afterwards). Some of the staff r good but others beggar belief. I shouldnt have to ask what my shopn total is. Hello, please, thanks, eye contact etc should b the norm. Milk fridge stinks & has done 4months. I avoid if possible. It not really cheaper that the coop next door, whos staff r much better.
