  The tables were not cleaned and we had to ask the staff to wipe it, even when they were cleaning it, they were missing some spots to clean. Also the operational hours states that it is until midnight, however by 8:50 we were told they are already closing so we had to rush our meals.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Honestly the best Subway I’ve been to! I’m over in Belfast from Scotland and have visited this Subway a few times over the past few days, and I genuinely cannot fault it. The service has been absolutely fantastic every single time. The staff are some of the nicest and friendliest people I’ve come across — so welcoming, helpful and genuinely lovely. And the Subs… FINALLY a Subway that makes a Subway the way it should be made! 😂 They actually look like the pictures, are properly filled and packed with everything you ask for. No sad, half-empty Subs here! Honestly, 10/10 food and 10/10 service. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Belfast — in fact, I’d probably come back to Belfast just for this Subway. 😂 Keep doing what you’re doing because you’ve absolutely nailed it! 👏🥪❤️

  I visited this Subway on 09/07/2026 at around 9:30 PM, and I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I am a regular Subway customer, so this experience was unexpected. When I entered the restaurant, it was empty. Shortly afterwards, two other customers came in, making a total of three customers in the store. I ordered my sub, and before making the payment, one of my family members asked if we could also order waffle fries. When I requested this, the lady at the till became visibly annoyed. She said that I should have ordered everything at once because there were other customers waiting. While saying this, she was making facial expressions towards us, which made us feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of the other customers and my family. As a customer, I don’t believe it’s unreasonable to add another item before completing the payment, especially when the order was still in progress. I understand that staff can be busy, but there was no need to respond in a rude or dismissive manner. I have always had positive experiences at Subway, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. I hope management looks into this and reminds staff that courteous and respectful customer service is essential. No customer should be made to feel awkward or embarrassed while placing an order.
