Unfortunately I made the poor decision to go through the drive through rather than the option to park in space and have it brought out. I thought this the kind thing to do for the staff as it was pouring down. Only one other car in drive through so I went to the other speaker which was free, 5 cars placed their order and progressed past me even tho they arrived after and despite me repeatedly saying hello into the intercom was no reply. I drove on assuming there was possibly an issue with the intercom and spoke to the lady at the window who was polite however when I asked was there an issue with the speaker was advised no but she operates both speakers herself so can only operate one at a time... understandable, when I asked why 5 vehicles who arrived after me progressed through the other intercom was repeated back to me yes thats because I have to do them on my own. Not great. I advised mine was an App order to collect was sent to the next window to collect my straws and then was sent to wait in "box 4" anyways in the car park and 10 minutes later staff arrived in the pouring rain with my order. This may be a one off this but yeah not great.
