  The burger was delicious but not large. That also meant that there wasn't so much fillings. I asked for onion, gherkins and lettuce and expected the burger to look stuffed with them but it was quite empty of them. The Little Chip was delicious but yes, little, although the price for them wasn't little. £20 for burger, few chips and a drink. Overpriced!

  Only problem I have is that the tables are not cleaned often enough. I've noticed this at other 5 guys restaurants, not just this one

  Burgers where great, cooked well and tasty. The chips where a mixed bag not as good as normal, with some soggy ones. Tried the new cherry shake which was delicious.

  Honestly one of the better Five Guys restaurants I have been too because the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Bit on the expensive side but a nice treat once in a while.

  We had such a fantastic experience at Five Guys Boucher Road, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to Luke, the manager, and the entire crew. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made us feel valued as customers. What made our visit even more memorable was the incredible kindness they showed to our landlords, who we had brought along to celebrate my landlord's birthday. Luke and the team surprised them by treating them both to a complimentary milkshake, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that really made the occasion extra special. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly, but it was the outstanding customer service that truly stood out. It's rare to come across a team that goes above and beyond to make people smile, and every member of the staff contributed to creating such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. A huge thank you to Luke and everyone at Five Guys Boucher Road for your generosity, professionalism, and genuine kindness. You turned a simple birthday meal into a memorable celebration. We'll definitely be back, and I'll be recommending this location to family and friends. Five stars all the way!
