- NDnarenderreddy donalaMay 30, 20261.0Very poor customer service….. I visited today at around 5:25 pm and had a very disappointing experience. There was a lady serving who seemed unwilling to help with any request. I asked if she could check whether a product was available in the stockroom, as the shelves outside were empty. I visit this store regularly, and staff have usually checked and brought items from the back when needed. Unfortunately, this particular member of staff ignored my request and immediately told me to use the self-service option, saying she would not help. I explained that I had several other items to pay for and pack into my bag, but she still refused to assist. I found her attitude unhelpful and dismissive, which made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. Overall, it was a very poor customer service experience. Literally very bad experience
