This shop used to better. Staff appear to be working hard and are pleasant but there's never enough of them at tills as they seem to be fulfilling online orders not serving physical customers. Also always half empty shelves and untidy. The Co-ops at Rosetta and Cregagh Rd are much better. Finally the self service tills are really bad, not working or not scanning items properly as well as a v poor design.....the other Co-op tills are better designed

The staff are fantastic—always going out of their way to help and easy to chat with. The store itself is spacious and easy to navigate. Plus, if you’re a Co-op member, you can take advantage of special offers every Monday through their app. This and Boots are some of the nicest staff you’ll find on Beersbridge Road

Most of the staff are great, the men I’ve never had an issue with, and the young girl with blonde/coloured hair goes out of her way to give good service. The older woman however has so little customer service or manners it verges on rude. I have witnessed her say offensive things and act offensively towards a non white customer- this customer simply had to use a different card. Something that I’ve done several times in there with her and received no lash back to. In challenging 25, she rather a to give a disgusted look and ask if “you’re old enough to buy this?” and star you out. I said “yes, do you want to see my ID, is that what you’re asking?” To which she mumbled under her breath. A simple ‘can I see your id?’ Would suffice. I’ve heard her speak rudely to other members of staff and also about talk negatively about customers after they left the shop to other customers or staff- I’m sure she’d say it was a joke. This woman genuinely seems like she’s walked straight out of a tiktok skit about mean older woman coworkers
