- WWWesMay 9, 20261.0Can't quite believe how poor the service is in here. The manager hasn't a clue about customer service, nor discretion. As a manager surely the two are very basics. Saying orders are ready to collect constantly when their not, to falsely show their meeting serving wait times is not a good look.

Service was acceptable, staff were functional but nothing stood out. The atmosphere is typical McDonald's: noisy, basic, and uninviting. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit again. Does the job if you're desperate, but that's about it.

Went in at 6.30pm on a Wednesday and it was like I was seeing just a bunch of unsupervised new starters who didnt know what to do. 4 people at the packing station, nobody making fries, putting everything on trays first and leaving the food sat there for 5-10 minutes before bagging it so it all went cold. Bunch of tables were left uncleaned the whole time I was waiting and staff stood around not doing anything. Bad enough that you got rid of tills but now customer service is non-existent. Do yourself a favour and go to Wendys across the road instead. I'd have got a refund and left if they still had tills.
