  Absolutely rude and unhelpful our food was raw and wouldn’t offer an exchange or a refund. Employees was rude and hostile and completely disrespectful. Disregarded everything I had to say and refused to help be careful going here!

  Today I bought pizza from Domino's Oxford Road at around 8:30, which was completely raw and completely smiley and did not taste like pizza at all Very very low quality . We are not happy .

  We order from this Domino’s regularly and have always been happy with the service. Last Friday, we asked for some additional toppings on our pizzas, but they arrived without them. Mistakes happen, so we called the store — and the way they handled it deserves real praise. The manager was polite, apologetic, and immediately offered to put things right. Within 20 minutes, two fresh, piping hot pizzas arrived exactly as we ordered. Quick, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure we were satisfied. Thank you to the Oxford Road team for turning a small issue into a reminder of why we keep coming back. Great customer service, great response, and consistently good food. Highly recommend this branch to anyone in the area.
