  I’ve never had such a frustrating experience. We clearly told Muhammad FOUR times that we wanted a 12-piece chicken wings order — we even pointed directly at the 12-piece option on the menu. Somehow, he still entered 7 pieces instead. When the order came out wrong, we calmly asked for a refund so we could reorder correctly. Instead of fixing the mistake, he kept insisting that we said 7. That’s simply not true. It’s incredibly irritating to be told you’re wrong when you know exactly what you said. Mistakes happen, but refusing to acknowledge them and making the customer feel like they’re lying is unacceptable. Really disappointing service.

  I am very disappointed with my recent order. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived completely cold, which made it very unpleasant to eat. Additionally, the wedges were also cold and were accompanied by an excessive number of salt packets — approximately 23 — which was unnecessary and quite frustrating. Furthermore, one of the items I ordered was missing entirely from the delivery. I attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times to resolve the issue; however, my calls went unanswered, leaving me unable to address the problem. Overall, this was a very poor experience. Receiving cold food, an excessive number of salt packets, a missing item, and being unable to reach the restaurant for assistance is extremely disappointing. I hope this matter is taken seriously and improvements are made to prevent other customers from experiencing the same issues.

  The woman is nice, the guys not much
