  Awful service and pizza received last Friday. Pizza took over an hour and a half to be delivered, the pizza was due to be collected by Uber eats, but they even cancelled due to the wait. I contacted the store, and was abruptly told it would be 10 minutes until it was delivered. I asked if the pizza would actually be hot when it arrives, as the tracking was showing that it had been delivered ages ago, and again abruptly told yes it would be hot. It arrived another 15 minutes later, freezing cold. I contacted the shop several times that night, no one answering the phone. Decided to put a complaint in with customer services to request a refund, which has been refused, due to us eating the pizza.....after we had to microwave the whole lot. Won't be ordering from here again, I'll take my loyal arse somewhere else

  An hour and half wait for 2 cold and burnt pizzas. Can't get through on the phone to speak to anyone. Terrible and would be massively over priced but seem to think they're giving you a good offer

  Never answered the phone and took over an hour to arrive a simple pizza. The pizza wasn’t even that good

  First and last time. Should have looked at the other reviews first. Never again. Avoid like the bubonic plague. Ordered at 6.58pm through the app, all appears fine, order status slowly moves from prep, to in the oven, to cutting/checking, then on the way / picked up by uber for delivery. Then all of a sudden 7.40pm Uber status says order cancelled, call store for assistance. I tried calling for about 15mins before eventually someone picked up the phone. Extremely rude person over the phone, said "What's the address" then said the order was cancelled. After I persist and say I didn't cancel it, he said yes Uber can cancelled, so a personal driver is already on his way and abruptly hung up on me without allowing time for questions. Seriously thinking I may not be seeing food tonight, a driver eventually rocks up at 8.05pm to drop off the food. Driver was at least friendly. Food however, was pretty average, cold as expected, but I ate it since at that point I was beyond "hangry". Definitely sticking with Dominoes or something else next time.

  Deliver staff are rude and arrogant. To rude to work with the public.
